LEMON
SUGAR SCRUB
You Will Need
1 Lemon
1 Tablespoon Sugar
What You Have To Do
Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon in
a bowl. Then add 1 tablespoon sugar in it. Mix the both together. Apply the
scrub over the tan area. Scrub it gently in circular motion for 4 to 5 minutes,
then leave it for 10 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water.
Why Is This Scrub Great
Lemons have natural cleansing
and bleaching effect that help to lighten the skin. They help to exfoliate dead
and damage skin. Sugar is another excellent cleanser that helps to proper
exfoliation of your skin.
GRAM
FLOUR AND YOGURT
You Will Need
2 Tablespoon Gram Flour
2 Tablespoon Yogurt
What You Have To Do
Add 2 tablespoon of gram flour
and 2 tablespoon of yogurt in a bowl. Mix together to form a paste. Apply the paste
all over the tanned skin. Leave it to dry for 10 to 15 mintues. Once it dry
then wash and pat dry your skin.
Why Is This Great
Gram flour acts as an exfoliator for the skin and help to lighten the skin. Yogurt has light bleaching properties
which help to lighten and soften the skin.
TOMATO
AND YOGURT
You Will Need
1 Tomato (Juice)
1 Tablespoon Yogurt
What You Have To Do
Mix tomato juice and 1
tablespoon yogurt together. Blend with well to make a smooth paste. Apply this
mixture on the tanned skin. Allow it to dry for 10 minutes. Then wash it with
lukewarm water.
Tomato and yogurt both help to
lighten and clear the skin. Tomato juice is natural toner which helps to shrink
the pores. Yogurt also acts as natural bleach and helps to nourish and moisturise
skin.
