SUN PROTECTION WAYS

A. Sunscreen
The easiest way to protect  your self from harsh UVA & UVB rays is to use sunscreen. Make sure you pick a sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher. Look for PA++protection which protects from UVA. Apply sunscreen on a cloudy day and in snow and higher altitudes as well. Similarly do not forget that a even if you travel by car you are still prone to damage by UVA.

B. Hats with wide brims that covers your neck , ears, eyes, scalp can also protect the face and the neck from these harmful harsh rays.

C. Dark glasses not only add style but also protects your eyes from harmful rays.

D. Sun protection clothing 
It is better to wear clothes that cover as much of your body as possible to protect your skin from harsh sun.


E. Makeup with SFP
A number of cosmetic including foundation, concealer, lipsticks contain SPF. Opt for cosmetics for that added benefit.

F. Avoid sun whenever possible. UV rays are harsh between 10 - 2 pm. if possible plan your activities in such a way that you avoid this peak time.

G. Food
Anti oxidants are the best to fight against the free radicals produced by sun light, stress, smoking. Anti oxidants are found in brightly coloured vegetables and fruits.

For adequate sun protection, it wise to combine most of the protection measures than to rely on one.
